I feel like they had a lack of employees for the number of patients there. The patients were sometimes left longer than they should be when they needed to be changed or have their food brought to them or whatever. I was also going to the facility almost daily at different times, so they knew that they needed to take care of my mom. But there were two times when she showed signs of UTI, and I told them about it, but they didn’t do anything. So I ended up taking her out of the facility, to the hospital, to the emergency room to get treatment on that, so that wasn’t a good thing. There were some very good workers there who cared, and then there were others that were not, but I think that’s a common occurrence in a lot of nursing home facilities for the elderly.
